i went for my 1st sensory evaluation today!should have chose something nicer to evaluate but it was chicken broth.after 3 samples my mouth felt overloaded with the strong smell of chicken soup.best is they didn't give descriptors!and erm i couldnt think of anything to write under the 'taste-like' column because i felt like writing chicken for all of them.i think i wrote crappy stuff man.12samples is seriously too much.i could differentiate the milk ones at the previous evaluation i prepared perfectly fine.cos im more familiar with sweet goods rather than savoury's descriptors.waaah i should choose my evaluations carefully next time.but i doubt i'll have another chance.hope there'll be.

cheers to my last day in the 2man(or rather women) room with a cluttered table and a laptop in front of me.

actually i kind of feel yiyibushe.haha.

ja.
