yay fow is over!sort of(:
through organising both foc/fow
and most imptly,the strong bonds within the comm members.
in taking up leadership positions,
i feel that one can be stretched and stretched again.
plenty to mistakes,plenty of struggling and plenty of learning.
if u dont try now,when to try again?
i love the comm members!
although i feel i didnt do a super good job,
but im glad that this is a comm who wouldnt really fan1 lian3 with each other
who would support one another
and is able to work in harmony.
even when there are difficulties or unhappiness,
everyone stood by each other.
im really grateful for that.
it was really one of the best experience of being in an organising committee.
Now that FOW is finally over,
it's time to clear up and conclude my remaining 1st year commitments.
and also to look to the future and to decide my commitments for the 2nd yr.
during this FOW period,
I LEARN NOT TO TAKE UP COMMITMENTS THAT CLASH WITH ONE ANOTHER.
drains the energy out of u.
wants to do ur best for both sides,
ends up favouring one over the other and yet feels guilty for doing lesser for the other side.
currently i dont regret joining both ke rag and fow.
because both has given me an experience of a lifetime.
but i tried so hard to be at fow most of the time,
i ended up skipping quite abit of dance practices.
and because of dance i couldnt settle some of the fow stuff in time(almost).
there u go.
pls learn from my mistake.
it's really impt to space out ur commitments.
if not make sure u really can do ur very very best for both.
i also learn to choose the right things to commit to.
think of what u really want to achieve.
dont just be super enthu and chiong everything.
things like YEP and XPHARM clashes.
the summer holidays has a 101 things for u to choose to do.
THINK CAREFULLY.
although u can learn from any committee u join,
some things just gives u a better learning experience than others.
for now i sort of decided wad to do next yr.
but im definitely not taking up one big project(you-know-what) cos it deprives me of 101 other things to do for the year.
yup that's my final decision.

i really experienced the imptance of people in anything u're involved in.
if u feel more attached to something,u'll do it better.
ke rag was such a dread until i got to know the pgp bunch of pple.
they're so friendly and nice!!
not high and mighty like some of the pro-er dancers at ke.
got to know some pharm pple that i never knew before as well(:
makes me feel more belonged to ke rag.
and i think ke has a good chance of winning this yr!
i know i havent seen the other halls but the float this yr is super duper good(from the inside out)
the costumes are super colourful and bright
and the dance looks pretty good to me(:
i think im starting to rmb the good things and not the bad.
afterall it's just 1 more day.
