i think it's a well written article!i enjoyed reading it, and again it just shows how people on one side will never know how it's like until you're in their shoes. that being said, it depends on whether the customer service is really as pro as the author. im pretty sure if you meet a sucky one you would still have to use those tactics.
anw, tmr's finally the dance concert day! ahh actually i dont know whether to be happy or not cos i kind of still want to continue dancing but really too busy! and i really enjoy hanging out with this bunch on new friends, they're so cute and nice and funny haha(: feel like a big sis to all of them:D
of course i feel excited too!!! so many come and watch for the 1st time and this time it'll be quite exciting!the stage is damn near like you can really see each dancer's expressions and im dancing quite abit haha! can't wait for the show:D
